Quick access to Foresportia team pages

This page centralizes all clubs currently available within the Foresportia ecosystem. The goal is not to overwhelm users with a static grid, but to help them quickly find a club by name, league or country, and open its dedicated page.

Each result highlights key signals at first glance: logo, league, country, current Elo, observed ranking and next match when available. The interface remains lightweight on the HTML side, while exploration is powered by the teams-index.json file generated in the /teams folder.
