1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Foresportia (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you access foresportia.com or use related services, including the optional No-Ads subscription.

2. Data Collected

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Technical data: server logs, IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic data.
• Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics collected via analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), subject to your consent where required.
• Authentication data: email address, temporary login codes, session identifiers, and authentication tokens (passwordless login).
• Subscription data: subscription status (e.g. No-Ads), plan type, and billing state. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

6. Cookies, Consent Management, Analytics and Ads

Foresportia uses a consent module provided by Google to collect your choices regarding cookies and similar technologies, including audience measurement with Google Analytics and ad serving with Google AdSense. You can accept, refuse or customize your choices when the module is displayed, and later update them through the consent management link available on the website.

Google Analytics is used for audience measurement. In the regions concerned, its operation depends on the choices expressed through the consent module. When storage consent is refused, Google tags may still send limited cookieless measurements for Consent Mode operation.

Google AdSense is used to serve ads and may use cookies or similar technologies according to the consent choices expressed.

7. International Transfers

Some service providers (such as Stripe or Google) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described:

• Technical logs: maximum 12 months
• Authentication and session data: limited to active or recent sessions
• Account and subscription data: while the service is active and thereafter as required by legal, accounting, or security obligations

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, but we strive to follow industry best practices.

Followed match notifications

This optional feature requires explicit activation and browser permission. For followed matches, you can choose kick-off alerts and, separately, goal and disallowed-goal alerts; team names, scores and available live probabilities may appear on the lock screen. Disable notifications in your account, remove this device or revoke permission in browser/system settings.

We store preferences, the technical push address and encryption keys, associated account identifier, language and necessary timestamps. Google, Mozilla or Apple (depending on your browser) transport the encrypted message and may process technical metadata. Messages contain no email or account identifier.

Delivery records are retained for 30 days. Subscriptions inactive for 180 days are revoked; revoked subscriptions are deleted after 30 days. Permanent account deletion removes associated data. Account sign-out attempts to remove the current device without affecting other devices.
